3.10. Periodically check the presence of the seal on the "Emergency stop fans" button, as well as the position of the universal program switch on the high-pressure fan control panel, which must be in the "Remote" position in working condition.

3.11. When shutting down the workshop for a planned general repair, check the correct operation of the emergency stop circuit for high-pressure fans. 3.12. The operator of the control panel is prohibited from:

4.1. Having noticed the danger threatening people or the enterprise (malfunction of equipment, machines, mechanisms, etc.), stop work in the workshop (at the site) using the emergency stop key and inform the shift supervisor (foreman) or dispatcher about this.

4.2. Upon receipt of a message from any section of the enrichment shop about a fire or the detection of strong smoke, a smell of burning:

  • remove the seal, move the stopper and use the "Emergency stop fans" button to turn off the high-pressure fans;
  • by telephone, inform the driver of ventilation and aspiration installations about the emergency shutdown of the fans and, in case of failure of the remote shutdown of the fans, give a command to stop them from the local control panel;
  • stop the workshop equipment from the control panel;
  • write down in the log of the acceptance-delivery of shifts, from whom the message about the execution of the emergency stop was received;
  • report on their actions to the foreman (chief) of the shift, the dispatcher, the chief power engineer.

4.3. If a fire or signs of burning are detected in the control room (smoke, burning smell, temperature increase, etc.):

  • report this by telephone or other means of communication to the foreman (chief) of the shift or the dispatcher;
  • take measures to evacuate people and preserve material assets;
  • start extinguishing the fire with the available fire extinguishing means (fire extinguisher, sand, felt mat, etc.).

4.4. In the event of a wire or cable break, it is forbidden to approach the dangerous place at a distance closer than 8 m. official responsible for this line.

Leaving the current spreading zone should be done in steps, without taking one leg from the other.

4.5. In the event of an accident:

  • eliminate the impact on the body of damaging factors that threaten the health and life of the victim, namely: de-energize the electrical networks, stop the equipment, turn on the main and additional ventilation at the gassed object (room), observing the measures of one's own safety;
  • provide first aid to the victim;
  • call an ambulance or a doctor;
  • take measures to transport the victim to the nearest medical facility;
