1.7. In his work, the senior master is guided by the following documents:

1.8. In addition to the orders of the head of the foundry, the senior foreman carries out written and oral orders and instructions of the deputy general director for production.

2 Job responsibilities

The senior master must:

2.1 At the beginning of the shift, inspect workplaces, machines, mechanisms, equipment and take measures to eliminate the identified shortcomings.
2.2. Conducts primary, repeated, unscheduled and targeted briefings for employees, as well as on-the-job training with filling in the relevant documentation.
2.3. Introduces employees to technological processes, regulations, regimes, maps, diagrams, etc. and ensures that work is carried out in accordance with these documents.
2.4. Controls the availability of safety certificates for employees for the right to work on this type of machines, mechanisms, equipment, compliance by employees with labor protection instructions and rules for the technical operation of equipment, safe performance of production operations and the use of personal protective equipment.
2.5. Prepares subordinate personnel to perform high-risk work and supervises their implementation.
2.6. Carries out proper storage and use of sling (pull) kits.
2.7. Carries out safe storage, transportation and use of dangerous, harmful and explosive and flammable substances.
2.8. Ensures the safety of posters, signs, signs, warning signs, etc.
2.9. Draws up and maintains the documentation established by the provisions governing the work on labor protection (foreman's workbooks, instruction logs, control logs, etc.)

4 Rights

The senior master has the right:

4.1. Arrange for workers on site.
4.2. Participate in the assignment of wage categories to workers.

- on changes in job descriptions, work instructions, staffing.
4.4. Do not allow workers to work on faulty equipment and unsuitable tools.
4.5. Do not allow the use of raw materials and materials that do not meet technical requirements (non-compliance with TU, GOST, OST).
4.6. Suspend from work workers who have not been instructed in labor protection, violating labor protection instructions.
4.7. Make proposals to bring to justice, in accordance with the established procedure, persons who violate the standards of the labor safety system, rules and instructions for labor protection.
4.8. Demand from subordinates the implementation of orders and instructions on all issues of the production activities of the site.

6 Liability

I. General provisions

1. The foreman is a full-fledged leader in his production area, organizing the rhythmic fulfillment by the production plan and the obligations of the team according to the given nomenclature based on accelerating the introduction of scientific and technological progress into production, using new management methods, introducing cost accounting and collective contracting. When masters are included in the enlarged complex brigades, they are entrusted with the leadership of such brigades.

2. The master directly reports to the head of the shop.

3. Persons with higher technical education and work experience in production for at least one year or secondary specialized education and work experience in production for at least three years are appointed to the position of foreman. In the absence of special education, at least five years of work experience in production.

II. Duties

1. Ensuring the fulfillment by the site (team) of planned targets in terms of production volume, range and range of products, a steady increase in labor productivity, the manufacture of high quality products, and a reduction in costs per unit of output (work).

16. Together with the QCD employees, ensuring the high quality of work performed by workers, checking the quality of parts, assembling components and products during the manufacturing process, as well as studying the causes of defects and defects, developing and implementing measures to eliminate them.

17. Introduction of cost accounting and collective contracting at the site.

IV. Responsibility

The foreman of the production site is responsible for the quality and timeliness of the fulfillment of the duties assigned to him by these Regulations.
