2.8. Provides timely preparation of technical documentation (drawings, specifications, technical conditions, technological maps).

2.9. Concludes with research, design (design and technology) organizations and higher educational institutions contracts for the development of new equipment and production technology, reconstruction projects of the Organization, its divisions, equipment renewal and modernization, integrated mechanization and automation of production processes, automated production management systems, supervises their development, organizes the consideration and implementation of technical re-equipment projects developed by third-party organizations, drawing up applications for the purchase of equipment on a leasing basis.

2.10. Coordinates work on issues of patent and inventive activities, unification, standardization and certification of products, attestation and rationalization of jobs, metrological support, mechanical and energy maintenance of production.

2.11. Takes measures to improve the organization of production, labor and management based on the introduction of the latest technical and telecommunication means for engineering and management work.

2.12. Organizes scientific research and experiments, testing of new equipment and technology, as well as work in the field of scientific and technical information, rationalization and invention, dissemination of advanced production experience.

2.13. Carries out work to protect the priority of implemented scientific and technical solutions, prepare materials for their patenting, obtain licenses and intellectual property rights.

2.14. Organizes training and advanced training of workers and engineering and technical workers and ensures continuous improvement of personnel training.

2.15. Manages the activities of the technical services of the Organization, controls the results of their work, the state of labor and production discipline in subordinate units.

3. RIGHTS

The chief engineer has the right:

3.7. Require the head of the organization to assist in the performance of their duties and rights.

4. RESPONSIBILITY

The Chief Engineer is responsible for:

4.1. For failure to perform or improper performance of their duties under this job description - in accordance with applicable labor laws.

4.2. For offenses committed during the period of its activities - in accordance with the current civil, administrative and criminal legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.3. For causing material damage - in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.4. For violation of the Internal Labor Regulations, fire safety and safety regulations established in the Organization - in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. MODE OF OPERATION

5.1. The mode of work of the chief engineer is determined in accordance with the Internal Labor Regulations established in the Organization.

5.2. In connection with the production need, the chief engineer can travel to business trips(including local importance).

5.3. To solve operational issues related to the provision of production activities, the chief engineer may be allocated service vehicles.
