2.1. The packer performs the following functions

2.1.1. Carries out packing, dosage of semi-finished products and finished products or its individual components into containers - bags, packs, jars, tubes, vials, ampoules, bottles, bottles, boxes, bags, etc. manually, both without weighing, measuring and formalizing, and with a measure according to a given volume, weight or quantity of various solid, bulk, liquid and piece goods;

2.1.4. performs wiping, blowing with compressed air, lubrication (preservation) and wrapping of stacked parts, products and products in paper, cotton wool, cellophane and other materials;

2.1.5. sticks labels, marks wrapping material, prepares paper, twine, labels, foil, etc., cuts and cuts packaging material manually or on an automatic machine according to specified dimensions or patterns;

2.1.6. performs cleaning, lubrication, maintenance and adjustment of the machine;

2.1.7. upholstering packaging containers with insulating material or laying gaskets, packaging - stuffing boxes, closing, gluing, sewing up bags, rolling lids of metal containers manually or on a machine according to specifications;

2.1.8. carries out the installation of bottles, bottles, vials into the nests of boxes and laying paper, cardboard, cotton wool, shavings, sawdust and other insulating materials between their rows;

2.1.9. performs capping of filled bottles, bottles, flasks, tubes with various stoppers manually, filling the necks with resin, washing and wiping bottles, flasks, monitors the tightness of the closure and the depth of the cork clogging;

2.1.10. keeps records of packaged parts, products and other products, maintains the established documentation, issues invoices for packaged products indicating the type, grade, quality, article, quantity, size, etc.;

2.1.11. makes loading of antibiotics in bunkers of automatic machines;

2.1.12. observes the course of the technological process by instrumentation and visually;

2.1.13. independently adjusts the machines and their individual components in the process of work, checks dosages on electro-analytical scales, keeps records of performance indicators in the production log, current repairs of equipment;

2.1.14. He is obliged to take part in the development and implementation of measures to improve the efficiency of his work, reduce the cost of packing and packaging of material assets, introduce modern means of automating the packing process into the organization of the packing shop;
