At the age of 20, I will get a job as a sales assistant in a clothing store in order to accumulate some knowledge and experience in my chosen field of activity. More free time (uncomfortable schedule sucks my vitality). But more time is needed to think about it. For many years they were within the walls of state institutions, which took upon themselves the solution of all their problems. And today, in most cases, the portrait of an orphan graduate has the following characteristics;

I have been working in an orphanage for 30 years and I am convinced that children adapt more easily in society, having close relatives. It is no coincidence that the problem « Formation of kinship relations as part of the preparation of orphans for independent family life", has become methodological theme, on which I have been working for more than 8 years and consider the joint activities of children - relatives as the main pedagogical factor contributing to the purposeful formation of family relationships.

The goal is: establishing close cooperation between children and relatives. To form the concept of “family” in the minds of children, to prepare for independent life and, above all, family life. The structure and organization of work are aimed not only at ensuring the protection of the child and his rights, but also at the formation of a stable relationship between children and significant adults. At the forefront is the development of the child's own dignity, trust in people; the formation of stability, i.e., the state of psychological security.

I developed the concept and implemented the program "Preparing children - orphans and children deprived of parental care for an independent life", focused on personally significant technologies for raising children.

The program combines almost all areas of social competence of pupils.

Relevance of the problem: those children who are supported by relatives are more successful in independent life.
Target: preparation of pupils for further independent life and adaptation in society.

In a group-family, the child comes into contact mainly with brothers and sisters, with comrades with whom he lives, plays, and makes friends. Here, first of all, that character of relations with people is forged, which the children then endure in life.

Children have the opportunity, at the request of their relatives, to live with them on weekends, holidays, vacations. Such visits give the child an invaluable experience of life in the family. All children visit relatives during the holidays. Relatives (more often grandmothers, brothers, sisters) are frequent guests in our family group. They come with sweets, pies, come to us for family holidays, birthdays. The group has a stand called “They are waiting for us here”, where roads lead from the building of the orphanage to different directions of our district and region, where our children go, go to visit their relatives.

Conclusion: I do not take on the function of recreating the family, but I am trying to attract relatives to the children who live in the orphanage.

This connection has an educative effect on the child and is an important factor socialization, because he extracts information about the family from it: the roles of father and mother, the distribution of responsibilities, the place for children in the family, and much more that is necessary when creating your own family.

The child does not choose his parents, he loves them as they are.

To form a healthy identity, a person needs to know where he came from and what his roots are. Getting to know relatives allows you to get additional information about the child and his history. Among the relatives there may be someone who is able to take this child into care - such options are considered in the first place and are considered preferable, since the child remains part of his family.

In some cases, it is possible to return the child to his parents (if the child lives temporarily in an orphanage) The child may want to meet with his relatives and need information about his family and his past - our task ensure the mental safety of these contacts.

Establishing partnerships with the family, strengthening the child's permanent ties with parents, close relatives, family reunification is a delicate, complex matter, excluding haste, requiring time and patience.

Practice shows that often "refusal" children do not know where their parents are. It is necessary to help the child find lost relatives, because the problems of his character stem from the terrible word " nobody's ". This difficult problem can and should be solved. It is necessary to maintain, preserve, strengthen existing family ties.

employment is absolutely not enough to successfully solve the real problems of the economy. Therefore, it is important for me to do extra work. Study educational and scientific literature on the functioning of economic systems. Therefore, these aspects are the most important links by doing which I can study economics.

I entered Penza State University Architecture and Construction and namely the Institute of Economics and Management is not accidental. Everyone knows that the profession of a manager is the most prestigious and highly paid profession in this period of time.

Firstly, the knowledge and skills acquired here will help me achieve my main goal.

My main professional goal in life is to make a career and open my own business. I want to have a job that will allow me to be independent, even financially. But at the same time, work should be fun. To do this, first of all, I must successfully graduate from the institute, get a diploma and work in my specialty. Undoubtedly, I will need computer skills. Also a huge role in modern life knowledge of foreign languages ​​plays a role, so it is desirable to know at least one foreign language. This gives great benefits in dealing with Western partners, plus the opportunity to travel abroad. After all, studying the economy and management methods of other states is very useful, since you can adopt their experience and technologies in relation to our country, and specifically to your company.
