Mikhail Aslanovich Pogosyan was born on April 18, 1956 in Moscow. In 1979 he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Aircraft Engineering of the Moscow Aviation Institute. S. Ordzhonikidze and went to work at the Moscow Machine-Building Plant. P.O. Sukhoi.
