Frequency of maintenance of cash registers

Why do you need maintenance online KKM (service contract)?

Technical cash register service (KKM service ) is produced by our technical service center ().

Without a contract for the maintenance of a cash register with the central heating service, you will not be registered with the tax office. In the event of a breakdown of the cash register, our CTO will carry out KKM repair. In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the CTO will repair the KKM within 36 hours. The IFTS and the supplier of KKM are notified about the repair of KKM. A mark is made in the passport of the cash register.

As part of the agreement, there is a quarterly mechanic's departure CTO for maintenance of the online cash register, so that it does not break at the most inopportune moment. The mechanic of our CTO will come to you himself, where he will conduct an external inspection of the cash register, check the correctness of the required details displayed on the check, test your device and seal the JOURNAL of "call accounting technical specialists and registration of completed works.

If it is necessary to replace the FN due to the expiration of the due date, the Contractor replaces it, while the Customer provides a new FN for replacement, or pays the Contractor its cost according to the invoice. In the event that the FN is out of order before the due date is completed, the Contractor, on its own, transports the FN for diagnostics to the manufacturer. If, as a result of diagnostics by the manufacturer, it is established that the case of failure of the FN is recognized as warranty, the Contractor shall replace the FN. If, as a result of diagnostics by the manufacturer, it is established that the case of failure of the FN is not recognized as warranty, the Contractor replaces the FN without additional payment for the replacement service, but the Customer pays the Contractor the cost of the new FN according to the invoice. After the replacement of the FN, the re-registration of the CRE in the tax office, the conclusion of an agreement with the OFD and the fiscalization of the cash desk is carried out by the Customer, or by the Contractor for a fee according to the invoice.

2 If the necessary spare parts are available, the repair is carried out within an hour after the delivery of the CCP for repair. At the same time, in the event of a warranty repair, the Customer does not pay the cost of the parts and spare parts necessary for replacement; in the event of a non-warranty repair, the Customer additionally pays the cost of parts and spare parts necessary for replacement. Non-warranty repair of CCP is carried out after payment of the cost of parts and spare parts necessary for replacement, or, by agreement with the Contractor, the cost of parts and spare parts necessary for replacement is paid when issuing the CCP after the repair.

3 The cost of the Contract includes pickup and delivery of CCP for repairs within the Moscow Ring Road. The collection of cash registers outside the Moscow Ring Road is paid additionally, the amount of the additional payment is agreed individually. If the number of Customer's requests for pickup and delivery of CCP and emergency departure of an engineer exceeds the number stipulated by this Agreement, then additional emergency departures of an engineer and pickup and delivery of CCP for repairs are paid by the Customer separately in excess of the cost of the contract at the rate: within the Moscow Ring Road - 1,000 rubles. for the departure, then the MKAD - the cost of the engineer's departure or the collection and delivery of the CCP for repair is agreed with the Customer individually before the departure of the engineer or courier.

4 An emergency departure of an engineer is carried out within 8 working hours after receiving an application from the Customer. The cost of the Agreement includes an emergency departure of an engineer within the Moscow Ring Road. Departure of the engineer outside the Moscow Ring Road is paid additionally, the amount of the additional payment is agreed with the Customer individually before the departure of the engineer.
