It is too early to say that it has been fully implemented. Even though it works without interruption, we still continue to face certain difficulties. Every day we try to fill our product with new interesting and useful details for parents that are not visible at first glance, but at the same time greatly simplify the life of our customers. This work is endless. In business, the main thing is not to stop, but to continue to develop it.
Are there any analogues of your project in Russia today?
At the planning stage, of course, I studied Russian market and realized that it was completely empty. I didn’t take notice boards on Avito into account. At the very beginning of Kidsway's existence, many associated us with the Kidsout project. But we have completely different goals. Both projects are in great demand in Russia, but their functions do not overlap at all. Unlike babysitting, we only accompany children around the city. With rare exceptions, when parents are late, our accompanying persons can sit and play with the child for one to two hours. In addition, we are not a bulletin board where parents choose a nanny or babysitter, contact them on their own, and often do not check their documents. These nannies do not bear any responsibility because the parents do not enter into a contract with them.

We charge for a month in advance, so in some unforeseen situations, such as storm warnings and thunderstorms, which cannot be avoided and in which the travel time with a child increases significantly, we do not raise the cost.
